Cardinals Shine at State Competitions

There’s a lot to celebrate as our Cardinals continue to represent Camden Fairview with excellence across multiple student organizations.

At the FBLA State Leadership Conference in Little Rock, our students competed in 10 events and advanced to the final rounds, earning four Top 10 finishes — including two National qualifiers:

  • Kamya Burton — 2nd Place, Insurance & Risk Management (National Qualifier)
  • Alaysia Poole — 4th Place, Intro to Supply Chain Management (National Qualifier)
  • Ricky Alexander — 5th Place, Securities & Investments
  • Kiaree Davis — 6th Place, Public Administration & Management

We also celebrate our FCCLA students, who earned Silver at the State Conference in the Interior Design STAR Event:

  • Jakyla French
  • Silvio Irion
  • Kanzyaria Porchia

From business and leadership to career and technical excellence, our students continue to show what’s possible through hard work, preparation, and pride in representing Cardinal Nation.

It's ATLAS Test week!

Cardinal Family, ATLAS testing begins this week, and this is your time to shine! This is more than just a test: it’s an opportunity to demonstrate your growth, your hard work, and everything you’ve learned throughout the year.

To our students: You are prepared. You are capable. You are ready. Trust yourself, take your time, and give your absolute best effort. Remember, success is not just about the score; it’s about showing progress, perseverance, and pride in your work.

Let’s focus on the fundamentals this week: Get a good night’s rest, arrive on time and ready, stay focused and give your best effort,  and encourage one another  Let’s go show what we know!

There are daily incentives involved for testing! In order for students to receive a ticket for testing, they must demonstrate the following:

  • Remain alert and engaged throughout the testing session
  • Spend adequate time on each section of the test (no rushing)
  • Demonstrate genuine effort and take the test seriously
  • Follow all testing rules and directions

Students will have the opportunity to earn a special Activity Pass by consistently demonstrating positive testing behaviors throughout the ATLAS testing period this entire week. To earn the Activity Pass, students must:

  • Be present and on time each day of testing
  • Earn at least 4 out of 5 daily incentive tickets for the week
  • Remain awake, focused, and engaged during all testing sessions
  • Use the full allotted time on each test (no rushing or finishing excessively early)
  • Demonstrate consistent effort and take the test seriously
  • Follow all testing rules and directions without redirection

Students who meet these expectations will qualify to participate in a special incentive activity in the near future.

Ready for the ultimate test incentive?! Students who make a 3 or 4 on any of the summative ATLAS tests this week will receive an automatic semester exam test exemption!
